Guns in church?
Louisiana recently passed a law allowing guns in church.
I suppose, if nothing else, this will keep sermons from going on too long...

I'm not a lawyer but of course that never stopped me from having an opinion on the law.
My understanding is that our legal system isn't in the business of "allowing" something. Its in the business of banning things. Thus if there isn't a law against it, then its allowed.
So with that concept in mind, I don't understand why they would need to pass a law to allow guns in church unless they were reversing a previous law that had banned it.
