Pastors' deconversion?

I've been enjoying reading the blog getreligion.org. A thoughtful analysis of faith & various social and political issues.

Earlier this week they posted a story about deconversion among pastors. It's a review of a Psychology Today article. Full out deconversion seem pretty rare among pastors, but I wonder if this will be constructed as a big scare for Christianity? I agree with the getreligion.org writer that doubt and changing beliefs are the bigger issues.
