I like this graph demonstrating that the worldwide decline in pirates has caused global warming, seen here towards the bottom of the page:http://www.venganza.org/about/open-letter/
I love it Jeff! Definitely adding it to my methods lecture....
Brad- just make sure you note the way it looks like a pos correlation when it is really a neg one. I'm using it not only to explain how correlation doesn't mean causation, but also to explain how graphs can be misleading
