Vance Havener said of committees: : "Little groups of the unfit appointed by the unwilling to do the unnecessary". Don't know that I agree, but it is a common assesment. I tho't maybe I'd found a statue of a committee in Little Rock, AR--the Little Rock Nine. But, if they were a committee, they were an unintentional one.
