My family and I once convinced a person that you could milk a chicken... If you could milk a chicken, then the most likely cheese you would make would probably be Feta, or perhaps a Gouda.
Feet cheese? Now, why didn't I think of that. Yes, the boys and I had fun with this one... though Cathy might have just been rolling her eyes. Still, it will make memories for the boys!

No, I have a perfunctory 1 entry blog on blogspot, then I realized that I don't really have much to say these days... Orange County has flattened me to two dimensions, and all I could think of was a poor man's Dennis Miller rant about said locale (actually, the way this place is going downhill).
I have a personal website at johnwright.com that I get motivated about a couple of times a year.
Actually, Andy, it's worse than that. My oldest son, Gus, made the joke about chickens (which was pretty funny), and I spent several minutes trying to figure out if you really could milk chickens.

In Greece it is most traditionally made with sheep's milk.
